Brandy’s Out and About, Clubbing It Up!

Brandy was out clubbing it up in Hollywood the other day.
The 28-year-old R&B singer was out and about celebrating her brother Ray J’s new CD. The same Brandy that fled the scene last year after she got into a devastating car crash that left a mother of two killed. It’s almost been an entire year and the idiots at the state attorneys office still haven’t given this any thought. They still don’t know whether to file criminal charges against Brandy. Mean-while Brandy’s all over parting it up like she’s done forgot about the crash. Rumor has it, Brandy could just skate off scotch free, just in time to celebrate the New Years. The victim’s family is pissed off, I mean…wouldn’t you be?
