Avril was out at Coy celebrating her birthday last night with a couple friends and guess what, she was paparazzi friendly! Yes the same Avril Lavigne the snot rocket queen that’s usually cussing her brains out and blowing snot rockets at the paparazzi was friendly! The only thing snapping last night was her camera. The alleged song thief does it again! Just so turns out Punk Princess Avril Lavigne steals another song from the well known Canadian punk band Peachs! When she was first accused for stealing her first hit song “girlfriend” by the 70’s rock boys, she point blank denied it saying, “she’s never heard of the band or the song before.” This time, the first 20 seconds of her new song are a carbon copy of the Peachs song, I’M THE KINDA.. and the two sound identical! People always questioned Avrils writing ability and she did say she was Influenced by different song artists…..mabe a little to influenced…mabe so influenced she thought she would copy the exact song and nobody would notice? A good portion of Avrils song is so completely identical to the I’M THE KINDA…BY CANADIAN ARTIST: PEACHES, it’s insane! Rebellious pop star Avril Lavigne is being sued by members of the 1970s rock band The Rubinos for her hit song “Girlfriend”. Apparently the main chorus, “hey, hey, you, you, I don’t like you’re girlfriend” they claim is the same as their song, “hey, hey, you, you I wana be your boyfriend.” People don’t write shit anymore they just dub it, that’s why Avrils getting sued for her #1 club hit….oh wait it wasn’t #1, I liked it! What’s little ms thing to do, she says she didn’t steal it but hey who knows. For all we know she heard it and was like, “hey that sounds good, I can steal that song, I’m Avril Lavigne and I do what I want”……..who knows with this one!
