Just two weeks after being sentenced to a year of probation, “American Idiot” season four finalist Jessica Sierra was arrested again!
Officers were called to the Full Moon Saloon in Florida around 2:00am last night. Jessica allegedly caused a huge disturbance and the people were pissed! When the police showed up on a power trip and asked her to leave, she refused and was taken off to jail…again!
According to the charge report, Sierra was charged with two misdemeanors including, disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer and two felonies which happen to be, possession of cocaine and felony battery. She is currently camping out in the Orient Road Jail with no bond.
Sierra, who finished tenth on “American Idol” back in 2005, don’t feel bad, we don’t remember her even being on the show! Jessica was given probation just two weeks ago for an April incident in which she threw a glass bottle at someone’s head and gave them a concussion! This girls burley, straight hardcore! The judge in that case didn’t have a drop of mercy for her and will no doubt sentence her the maximum for violating her probation. As if that’s not bad enough, a Florida judge laid down the law to “American Idiot” finalist Jessica Sierra, telling her, “Obviously the bar scene isn’t working out so well for you.” Yeah judge, you point out the obvious!
The judge denied bond for Jess, which means Jessica will stay in the pokey after being busted on two felonies. She faces more than 11 years in prison for these hardcore stunts she’s pulled.

He plead guilty last week to trespassing on his father-in-law’s property, his father in law…gees that guy must be a dick, a year seems pretty damn harsh for something so petty. He trespassed and in the process of trespassing, he violated a restraining order taken out by his estranged wife (yes, he’s married!). The stories keep on coming, still a year…..doesn’t that seem a little insane for something so ridicules, it’s not like he was coming to kill her or anything….give the guy a break!
